In this week’s session, Heather will go into depth about all of the financing options available to RV Park Investors. Additionally, Heather will provide insights and real life examples into how you can structure deals with sellers to minimize your cash outlay and maximize long term cashflow. 

Regardless of how the numbers shake out on an RV Park deal that you’re pursuing, nothing should ever be signed until you’ve completed your due diligence. With the complexity of RV Park operations, having a checklist of items to review prior to closing is essential to ensure you’re buying what you think you’re buying.
