I’m an entrepreneur and real estate investor on a mission to bring together a community of fierce, fabulous, and financially free women. I got her first real estate at 26 years old out of bankruptcy while caring for 2 kids, got divorced when I was 32, having to raise 3 kids all on my own. The picture you see is me at my RV Park taking phone calls with my youngest!
Over my career, I’ve been part of over $300M in RV Park and Mobile Home Park transactions as a broker and is now I’m building my own real estate portfolio which is worth $30M, with the help of my COO, my mother! I am dedicated to sharing what I’ve has learned over the years as a businesswoman, mother, and real estate investor, to other women who are seeking financial freedom, a sense of community, and a desire to grow on all levels.

With a BFA in interior design and a masters in human resources, Julianne marries creativity and a strong business acumen to help entrepreneurs scale their businesses and pivot strategies amidst a pandemic induced change to peoples' work environments and revenue streams.
Sara Robinson
Sara Robinson is a Real Estate Investor and Youtuber.
She and her husband, Tony J Robinson, co-host “The Real Estate Robinsons” YouTube channel
where they share the behind the scenes work of their short term rental & flipping business.
Prior to becoming a full time Real Estate Investor, Sara worked in the Marketing & Promotions
division for iHeartMedia.
Sara has experience in remotely self managing short term rental properties both locally and out
of state and currently manages 12 of their short term rentals and project manages and designs
their flips.
